28crm Privacy Notice
28crm is a business software service. In this notice, "we" means 28crm. It explains how we handle personal data when you use 28crm and customer workspaces such as EaMAX CRM.
What we collect
Your work email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We never access your Gmail, Drive or other Google data. We record basic service-usage information, such as when you sign in and which features you use, to keep the service secure and to improve it. This never includes the content of your AI messages. Business data you enter (contacts, deals, quotes) is stored in your organisation's own dedicated database.
Why
To sign you in, to provide and secure the service, and to understand which features are useful so we can improve it.
Who processes it
Our service providers: Supabase (database and sign-in, Singapore), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI assistant, which processes the questions you ask it in order to produce answers) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Access and retention
Usage records can be read only by us. We keep data for as long as you use the service and delete it within 30 days of your written request or the end of your engagement, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@28crm.ai.
